Dr. Hans Bok, founder of Allicin Animal Care International, spent over a decade refining his innovative idea—first in England and later in the Netherlands.

Using garlic-derived compounds, he developed a bolus with allicin as the active ingredient, focusing on improving its stability and concentration. In 2011, the product, originally named Allimax, was ready for production. Dr. Bok was the first to introduce allicin for dairy cattle use.

Dr. Bok has since transferred his company to Allimax NF B.V. in the Netherlands. Health permitting, he will provide scientific support to Allimax NF B.V. until 2030.

To honour the product’s unique identity and quality, we have renamed it from Allimax, to Dr. Bok.
